1. Campaign Setup Fees

​

- An advance payment of INR 6,000/- is required for creating a single ad campaign.
- For two ad campaigns, the advance cost will be INR 10,000/-.
- This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before campaign creation begins.

2. Monthly Campaign Management Charges

​

- For the same ad(s), the client will not be required to pay any additional campaign creation costs.
- Ongoing services will include only monthly campaign management charges.
- These charges will vary depending on the budget and scope of the campaign.

3. Turnaround Time

​

- The turnaround time for ad creation, approval, and going live is 48 hours from the time the advance payment and campaign details are received.
- Any delays due to third-party platform approvals (e.g., Google, Meta) are not under the control of Adwords Media.

4. Misleading or Fraudulent Information

​

- In the event the client is found providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or engages in any unethical business practices, Adwords Media reserves the right to immediately terminate services.
- No refunds shall be applicable in such cases, and further legal action may be pursued if deemed necessary.

5. Role of AdWords Media

​

Adwords Media acts solely as a digital marketing service provider. We do not own, control, or guarantee the products or services of our clients. We are responsible only for the marketing services offered and the performance of ad campaigns within the agreed scope.

6. Amendments

​

Adwords Media reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
